Paul Besson has over 30 years of experience in Executive Management, Human Resources, and Labor & Employment Law. He is an active Arbitrator and Mediator of commercial, labor and employment cases. Besson received his Bachelor of Science degree and MBA from Cornell University. He also received his Juris Doctorate at Northwestern University and a Masters of Law from Georgetown University and his doctorate at George Washington University. He has been an Arbitrator and Mediator for the American Arbitration Association and the U. S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and is a member of the National African Americans in Human Resources, and is admitted to the District of Columbia, New York and Illinois Bars.
Paul came from a culture of hard working Caribbean immigrants who were civil service workers who valued education and hard work. During his career, Paul has always maintained ties to his communities and believes that family, community and career can be intertwined for a meaningful and satisfying life. Paul and his wife Joyce live in the River West area of Chicago and Stamford Connecticut.
